No referral is required for any of our services. You can book directly through our contact page or by calling the clinic. For first-time visitors, we recommend a brief intake consultation — either in person or by phone — so we can understand your goals and recommend the right starting point.
If you are managing a specific medical condition, we may ask you to share relevant records before your first session. This is for your safety, not a barrier to access.
Your first visit begins with a short intake conversation — typically 15 minutes — where we review your health history, current goals, and any contraindications. From there, your therapist or clinician will walk you through the recommended protocol and answer any questions before the session begins.
Plan to arrive five minutes early to complete a brief intake form. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and avoid heavy meals in the two hours before an IV therapy or cryotherapy session.
The best starting point depends on your primary goal. If you are managing fatigue, recovering from illness, or seeking a nutrient boost, IV therapy is often the most immediate intervention. If inflammation and muscle recovery are the priority, cryotherapy is worth exploring. Massage and nutrition coaching work well as ongoing complements to either.
If you are unsure, book a free 20-minute consultation. We will ask a few questions and give you a clear recommendation — no obligation to proceed.
Most IV drip sessions run between 45 and 75 minutes, depending on the protocol. Hydration and basic vitamin drips are on the shorter end; custom micronutrient blends or higher-volume infusions take longer. You are welcome to read, work, or rest during the session — we provide a comfortable reclining chair and a quiet environment.
Whole-body cryotherapy is safe for most healthy adults when administered by trained staff in a properly maintained chamber. Sessions are brief — two to three minutes — and you are never locked in. Our staff monitor you throughout.
There are contraindications: uncontrolled hypertension, Raynaud's disease, cold urticaria, active infections, and certain cardiovascular conditions. We conduct a brief health screen before your first session. If you have concerns, speak with your GP before booking.
Frequency depends on your goals and the service. For cryotherapy, many clients see meaningful results with two to three sessions per week during an initial four-week period, then tapering to maintenance. IV therapy is typically once every two to four weeks for general wellness, or more frequently during periods of illness or intense training.
Your clinician will recommend a protocol after your intake assessment. We do not push unnecessary frequency — the goal is the minimum effective dose for your situation.
Yes. Many clients pair cryotherapy with massage in the same visit — the cold exposure reduces inflammation first, and the massage works more effectively on tissue that has already responded. IV therapy can also be combined with a nutrition coaching session on the same day.
We recommend spacing cryotherapy and IV therapy by at least 30 minutes. Our front desk can help you schedule a combined visit that flows well.
We do not bill insurance directly. Some clients are able to submit receipts to their health spending accounts (HSA/FSA) or extended benefit plans for reimbursement — particularly for massage therapy, which is often covered. We provide itemised receipts for all services.
If you are unsure whether your plan covers any of our services, contact your benefits provider before booking. We are happy to provide the service codes you need.
We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% session fee. No-shows are charged the full session rate.
We understand that circumstances arise. If something unexpected comes up, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
